Please note: every venue has unique dimensions and equipment resources. This will determine the cost of rentals and what can be served. Quaker Bonnet’s party planning services include coordination of everything you may require for the occasion:
- custom menu consultation and design
- china, crystal, and linen rental
- serving piece and candelabra rental
- selection and purchase of floral arrangements
- table, chair, and tent rental

Kind of Event:
A $25.00 consultation fee, applicable to the event, is required to reserve the date.
Quaker Bonnet can comfortably accommodate between 40 and 60 guests – weather permitting – at our gallery restaurant on Allen Street in downtown Buffalo. We can also host gatherings of up to 100 at the nearby historic First Presbyterian Church.
In addition, we are one of the approved 7 caterers for the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site, the International Institute of Buffalo,and the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum.
Quaker Bonnet will also cater events in private homes or in offices.
